Data Deletion Request

You can request deletion of your Nuvbook account and associated business data directly from the app or by contacting our support team. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Delete your account in the app

1. Open the Nuvbook mobile app and sign in.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Open Manage Account.
4. Select Delete Account.
5. Review the warning, confirm the action, and submit the deletion request.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access your account, email support@nuvbook.com with the subject Nuvbook data deletion request and include the email address linked to your account.

What gets deleted

Deletion removes your account profile and associated Nuvbook business data, including business records, appointments, customer records, staff records, service data, and related settings.

What may be retained

We may retain limited records when required for legal, security, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or compliance purposes. We may also verify account ownership before processing deletion requests.

Once verified, deletion requests are processed within a reasonable period as required by applicable law.
